For contractors, glaziers & primes · the one-page version
A film sub that shows up, performs, and does not create problems.
Epic carries the film scope with its own crews, film pre-cut and kitted to your opening schedule, and a Field Project Manager as your single point of contact. One sub for security film, solar film, architectural finishes and graphics — and the credentials an institutional bid asks for.
- Epic crews, no second-tier subs
- Pre-cut and kitted to your schedule
- One sub for four scopes
- 100% woman-owned · SAM.gov · Texas HUB
You are judging whether we will keep your schedule and make your job easier. Epic has installed millions of square feet of 3M film nationwide with its own employees, cuts every lite on its own precision system before the truck leaves, and installs to a documented standard your spec can reference. When the spec gets questioned, a Colorado district’s field selection and the signed district letters are the answer.
What you get, and how we prove it.
- 01
Crews that are ours
Every Certified Installation Specialist is an Epic employee, accountable to Epic’s standard and Epic’s name. No per-window piece crews, no second-tier subs, and a Field Project Manager on every project.
- 02
Kitting that fits a construction schedule
Film is cut on Epic’s precision system from your schedule and staged in installation order. Crews install at construction pace — 900 windows a day at peak — without downstream delays.
- 03
One sub, four scopes
Security film, solar control, Fasara and DI-NOC finishes, and environmental graphics under one subcontract reduces coordination and one more trade on the site.
- 04
Spec support that holds up
The Epic Method was selected in a Colorado district’s field testing of competing systems. Spec sheets, the Epic Method spec and 3M data sheets are on the Resources page for submittals.
- 05
The paperwork for institutional work
100% woman-owned, SAM.gov registered (CAGE 8PQM0), Texas HUB-certified, 21 contracts across 13 purchasing cooperatives, 3M Platinum Elite National Dealer. For primes, that is scoring weight; for GCs, it is a sub that clears the owner’s bar.
