Home and small-office window film · Colorado

Window tinting for Colorado homes and small offices, installed by Epic.

Strong high-altitude sun, a west-facing room that overheats by mid-afternoon, and furniture that fades by the window. 3M window film handles all three and keeps the view. Epic’s Colorado office is in Aurora, and our installers are Epic employees who start with a free assessment.

What window film fixes

Heat, fading, glare and privacy, without blinds or dark tint.

A room that overheats

West- and south-facing glass heats a room by mid-afternoon. 3M Prestige rejects up to 97% of infrared heat and stays virtually clear.

Furniture and floors fading

3M window films block up to 99% of UV, the main cause of fading by the window.

Glare on the TV and screens

3M Night Vision cuts glare and keeps the view clear at night, with no mirror effect when the lights are on.

Privacy without closing the blinds

Frosted and gradient finishes for bathrooms, sidelites and street-facing glass.

Security and storms

Security film keeps broken glass in the frame, for break-ins, storms and everyday accidents.

Blinds or shades aren’t enough

Shades hide the window but don’t stop the heat or fading that comes through the glass. Film does, all day, with the view kept.

FAQ

Window tinting in Colorado: questions

Do you do home window tinting in Colorado?
Yes. Epic’s residential window film is 3M film installed by Epic employees, not subcontractors. Our Aurora office serves homes across the Denver metro and along the Front Range, and the first step is a free in-home assessment.
Will window film make my home look dark?
Not with the films we recommend for most homes. 3M Prestige 70 and Ceramic 80 look almost clear and reject heat without darkening the room. 3M Night Vision is available for glare control, and we bring samples so you choose on your own glass.
Does window film help with Colorado sun?
Yes. Colorado sun is strong, and the west and south glass takes the most heat and UV. On the films we recommend for homes, 3M films block up to 99% of UV, and 3M Prestige rejects up to 97% of infrared heat.
Do you install film on small offices?
Yes. Epic installs film for small offices, medical and professional suites, and storefronts along the Front Range, with the same crews and the same 3M products.
What does it cost?
Price depends on the number of windows, the film and the glass. A free in-home or on-site assessment ends with a written, firm estimate for your windows.
