How a room goes from idea to install

See it on the room

Send a photo of the room and we place the design on it, with the room’s own light. The client sees their space, not a swatch.

Approve the proof

We proof at full size and mock up one panel on the wall. Color is checked against your brand standard on the proof before production.

Print, cut and install

Printed in-house at VisuFlare, our sister large-format studio in McKinney, where Epic is a Platinum member. Cut in Epic Precision, our proprietary cutting process department, in service since 2023: a hand-cut nick on security film becomes the tear point, and the machine removes it. Installed by Epic’s certified crews on one schedule.

Designer questions

Can we use our own artwork?

Yes. Send vector artwork or a high-resolution file at real size, along with the wall or glass dimensions. We tell you what the file needs before you spend time on it.

How do you match our brand colors?

Printed color on film depends on the surface and the light, so the proof is the sign-off. We check your brand standard on a full-size proof, and the mock-up panel shows it on the real wall before production.

Will frost or graphics on the glass damage the security film underneath?

Frost and graphics over security film sit on a removable, film-safe layer. Epic stands behind that layer and its removal.

Can you show us our room before we commit?

Yes. Send a photo of the room and we place the design on it, with the room’s own light. The Custom Glass Graphics visualizer and the Environmental Graphics visualizer are the quickest way to pick a direction first.

What does it cost?

We quote after a free survey, once the size and scope are known. For DI-NOC elevator cabs the starting price is published: from $5,000 per cab.

Can you install in an occupied building?

Yes. Installs can be scheduled at night, on weekends, or in phases around occupied space.

Do you offer lunch-and-learns for our team?

Yes. We bring a lunch-and-learn to your office for designers, brand teams, architects, general contractors and construction teams, on printed walls, glass and DI-NOC finishes. Tell us the date you have in mind.
